    "Ddetox week with results"

    Comfortable clean accomodation, and the attention from Lizette, lighting fires etc was most welcome. Lovely countryside with good views. My room was very comfortable and very clean and towels were changed mid-week, quite unusual.

    "Kick start I needed 😀"

    The support I received on this retreat was second to none. The instructors were so helpful and supportive. The daily routine was perfect and the juices and soups were delicious and of the highest quality. The group support was also great.

    Overall I am delighted I went on this retreat - it really worked for me😀

    The general atmosphere was most welcome, generated by our hosts Craig & Lizette, they made us all feel welcome and at ease with nothing too much trouble for them & their local knowledge was very helpful if we went out on our own. The general area is second to none regarding the reason we went there, ideal for cycling along mainly very quiet routes with stunning scenary all around.The accomodation was more than adequate in all respects & the food, all home made, was amazing. We will definately recommend this type of holiday, in this particular venue, to any of our friends who may be like minded. Nothing more to be said, very relaxing & enjoyable, especially by the pool with tea & homemade cake from Lizette after a days cycling. Tony & Lynne Delaney, Cheshire , UK ( Not the Phillipines !! )
