Irene
Irene is a Gestalt and systemic psychotherapist and a Flamenco dancer. She studied social work at the UCM (Complutense University of Madrid); her university years gave her a social perspective and helped her to discover a vocation for psychotherapy. Irene became a Gestalt therapist at Granada’s Alejandría training and therapy school. She also works with individuals, family, couples therapy or with people in crises, emotional discomfort or with desires for personal growth.

Emily is a breathwork coach. Her passion for her work is based on people accessing their fullest potential by connecting to their fullest expression of self. Breaking down what may have held you back and stepping forwards and upwards into a beautiful expansion of your life. Using a variety of breathwork techniques, you will find tools that help you move through your days with more ease and flow. Breathwork is an amazing way to drop down from the mind. On longer journeys with the breath, you can delve deeper into the power that is within you, accessed through the simple yet powerful breath.
Lourdes
Lourdes Bueno is a sports instructor and personal trainer, social health caregiver and lover of childhood and nature. She entered the world of yoga and this practice helped her open the door to her inner world. Lourdes enjoys sharing and learning each step through body awareness to improve posture and understand body mechanics. From self-care and self-knowledge without demands and from the pleasure to gradually integrate the multiple benefits of this practice at all levels (physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual).

Inma Carmona is a Senior Dietetic Technician. Her interest in dietetics stemmed from the belief that nutrition can be independent of fad diets and obsessions. At Evolve, she strives to guide you towards eating a healthy and balanced diet and never skips a beat in emphasizing its importance. Using nutritional education as an effective tool, she teaches you how to create personalized menus that prioritize foods rich in vitamins and minerals for boosting energy levels.
Daniella
Daniela de Girolamo specializes in Qi gong and yoga and is as enthusiastic about teaching a willing learner as she is to practice it herself. Having spent the last 18 years studying and working as a Shiatsu therapist, Ayurvedic massage therapist, yoga teacher-trainer and Qi Gong and yoga instructor, she firmly believes in the goodness of holistic healing. So, regardless of age, gender or concepts, all you need to do is enroll for Daniela’s class to embark on the process.

Jorge takes immense pride in being a personal trainer. His role as a personal trainer is to facilitate, motivate and enable people to view physical activity as a daily habit, given the increasing evidence that indulging in regular physical exercise boosts morale. It also enables you to feel better, both physically and mentally.
Roberto
Roberto was born in Melbourne, Australia, to an Italian father and a Spanish mother. When Roberto embarked on an unknown path full of uncertainties, external circumstances rapidly unfolded in favour of a change. A deep need for grounding arose within, leading him towards meditation, and he began to listen to mantras while going about daily tasks at home. At the same time, the “language of light” began to manifest in form of universal frequency, thus enabling him to channel through his voice, which is described by most listeners as being calm and soothing.

Born in Utrecht, The Netherlands, Ron describes himself as an optimist, adventurer, epicurean, connector and entrepreneur. His list of successful climbs includes Mont Blanc (4.807 metres), the highest mountain in Europe, Kilimanjaro (5.895 meters), the highest mountain in Africa, and Aconcagua (6.962 meters), the highest mountain in South America. In addition, he has also conquered the highest peaks in Russia and Antarctica.
Michaela
Michaela was born in Germany / Bavaria and grew up to follow her heart, do whatever made her feel happy and alive and encouraged her to remain true to herself. At Evolve, she is a kinesiologist, sound and energy healer, yoga instructor and musician. Michaela received the kinesiology certificate from Ferdinand Gstrein and Willee Regensburger bestowed upon her the shamanic training certificate.
