Tara is the founder of Earth Tantra. She is an earthing and meditation expert, level 4 certified Tantra guide, wilderness survivalist, and lives her truth with mother earth, and partner, in a nearly off-grid tiny house on the side of a mountain outside Ouray, Colorado. She has been guiding Tantra for over five years and has over 25 years of experience in wilderness therapy, social services, parenting & youth programs, adoption and US Forest Service. Tara holds a degree Earth Science Education from NW Missouri State University and can be found on the Discovery Channel and various publications.
