Rafa
Rafa is from Barcelona and has made the city of Granada his home. Alongside guiding, Rafa works as a cycling coach. He rides both road and gravel and has probably climbed the Pico de Veleta more times than anyone else.
Fernando
Fernando lives in the Montes de Málaga. He has spent a career traveling extensively and working with the UN. A Malagueñan, Fernando rides MTB and road and continues to love to travel.
Josep
Josep is from a small city in Catalunya called Reus. He loves cycling and has a passion for sharing cycling experiences with others. He is a guide for Eat Sleep Cycle all over Europe and leads their Morocco tours.
Laura
Laura is a guide, professional cycling coach, and endurance cyclist who has completed some of the coolest ultradistance gravel events (which she absolutely loved). Laura loves guiding as she really enjoys empowering people to ride their bikes and discover new places, help their cycling adventures come true, and share unforgettable moments together.
Gethyn
Gethyn is from Wales but has been living in Catalonia for 14 years, and having found a quiet spot in the forest not far from Girona, he has no intention of leaving. Gethyn's been a part of the ESC team since the early days and loves the job. He rides roads and gravels with friends and MTB with his dog.
Chris
Chris is from Ireland’s North Coast and is now a Girona resident. Chris has been cycling for over 35 years. He enjoys meeting people on the bike and exploring new roads. When not guiding he still enjoys the buzz of competition and training! Very fond of a good espresso!
Zippy
Originally from Ireland, Zippy moved to Girona a few years ago because of the best cycling options in road and gravel. He also works as a cycling coach, training individuals for whatever they wish to pursue.
Ariel
Ariel is a triathlete from Argentina and has always loved to ride. After pursuing a sensible career in sales in Barcelona Ariel joined our Cycling Tours team to focus his life and career on... cycling!
