    "Culinary experience of a lifetime in beautiful Granada."

    From the outset my instructor Annabel was welcoming,organised & keen to maximise my learning experience in the well equipped kitchen.

    She enhanced my learning by building on the language classes I was attending daily at Escuela Montablan.

    She adapted the menus/recipes to match my dietary requirements.

    Annabel build on my existing practical skills by introducing new methods with local ingredients to create authentic Andalusian food.

    She clearly put a great deal of thought into preparing for the classes,remained focused & was totall professional throughout my week long experience .
