Jessica Asef
Jessica Asef is the owner of Exhale LA Yoga & Wellness. She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT), Reiki practitioner, healer, empath, and works with crystals. She is also a mom of two and a coach. She has been in the business since 2020, teaching private yoga classes in people’s homes, and at her own yoga studio in Bel Air, CA. She has monthly events. She teaches an energetic type of yoga and does healings based on energy. Namaste.
