Graeme is the creator and founder of Expere. His passion lies in assisting individuals in reaching their ultimate capacity and goals through the transformative power of meditation, mindfulness, movement, and breathwork. He has extensive training in biology, psychology, cognitive sciences, theology, and spirituality, which allows him to deeply understand the science behind the mind-body connection. With a strong grasp of physiology and body system mechanics, Graeme offers a unique approach to supporting people in self-inducing heightened states of consciousness.
Elisabeth Janzer
Introducing Elis, a dynamic individual in her early 30s, who has found their passion as a yoga instructor and is currently in training to become a licensed psychotherapy practitioner. With a deep commitment to holistic healing and personal growth, Elis combines the wisdom of yoga with the transformative power of psychotherapy, guiding individuals on their journeys to well-being and self-discovery.
Katrine Breidahl
Katrine is a professionally trained psychotherapist associated with the Sisifos Center in Copenhagen. She studied under the Greek philosopher and psychologist, Panos Charbis. She is well-versed in (meta)cognitive therapy, but her primary focus is in psychoanalysis and psychosynthesis. This therapeutic approach aims to integrate the body, mind, and the mechanisms of personality, often referred to as the 'soul'. If you're grappling with overwhelming negative emotions, unresolved traumas, inexplicable issues, or even everyday problems, Katrine is available for support.
Pascalle van Haaften
Pascalle is a seasoned yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa & Strong flow, Yin, meditation, and Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle practices. Through her dedication to continuous learning and exploration, Pascalle has honed her skills in creating transformative and holistic yoga experiences that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, her studies in Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle have enabled her to offer comprehensive guidance on holistic well-being, empowering individuals to cultivate health and harmony in their lives.
Mick Casale
Michele (who affectionately goes by Mick) is the owner and manager of the Kurhaus Retreat Center. Native to the area, he has made it his life's mission to empower people to co-grow in the beautiful Swiss mountains. Surrounded by nature, the Kurhaus is deeply connected to the environment around them, allowing all who attend the Kurhaus to calm their mind, grow, and find themselves.
