I really enjoyed my time on this cooking course. I got to learn how to cook traditional and modern vegan recipes, explore local markets/food producers and sample local wines. Tina is a great teacher and host, patient and instructive and passionate about high quality produce and traditional cooking. I also got a lesson with 2 other chefs. Chef Christian, who has worked all over the world, gave an international modern flair to traditional Italian dishes. Chef Kim, who has also worked internationally is passionate about vegan dishes and together we made the best tirimasu I have ever tasted! However my favourite dish overall was Tina's gnocchi, the lightest most delicious gnocchi I have ever tasted. She also managed to convert me back to loving risotto again with her seafood risotto which was amazing especially when served with Fattoria di Statiano own unique rose wine. I really enjoyed the whole experience so much and I am so glad I decided to go on this one-of-a-kind experience.
