Hi!! I got interested in meditation and yoga and Ayurveda during my years as a busy medical doctor. I knew there has to be ways to manage the stress of daily life as well as heal the multiple chronic illnesses my patients dealt with, which to me all seemed lifestyle and stress related. My curiosity had me dive into the science of alternative healing while also learning these practices myself. I am am certified Chopra Center educator in primordial sound healing and Health coach as well as a yoga teacher student at moment! I also am Reiki certified and love to help others heal!

I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with 200 Hours of training from a registered Vinyasa Yoga School. Plus, 30 hours of additional training in Yin/ Restorative Yoga.
