Patricia Escriche
Patricia, as co-creator of ÍNSULA, will invite you to become one with nature. While having a camera or two very close to herself, she will try to capture that glimpse that you still might not know about yourself. She will also show you how to use Ibiza’s powerful sunlight to print beautiful dark blue cyanotypes. Besides photographic topics, she will lead you in a breathwork session. An inward journey, as she says.
Sofia
Sofia is your smoke goddess and will help you reconnect with the earth and yourselves, honor the path that you travel, and let go of what does not belong to you anymore. She is also a Reiki practitioner, so you will have the opportunity of booking a session with her.
Alessia

Alessia is your certified yoga and mindfulness teacher, who will create a safe space for sharing, reflecting, and healing. She will guide you with daily morning yoga and breathwork sessions, evening sound journeys, and much more. Alessia will also introduce you to the fascinating world of aromatherapy. You will learn – and even better, smell! – how to use certain essential oils to create your own home health and beauty kits. She believes that body and mind are closely connected, so expect a full activation of your entire being on the physical, mental, and emotional levels!
Esteban
Your kayak adventure will be guided by Esteban (they do love men too!). He will show you some of the hidden gems along the island’s coast. You will reach caves that are inaccessible on foot and will show you how to feel safe and aligned within the power of the sea.
