Joséphine Roulet
Joséphine is a birth doula. She has held spaces for women following a baby loss or pregnancy loss since 2019. As a faithful companion, she will be there to guide and support you, practically and emotionally, for any arising situations during pregnancy, birth, and through to postpartum, whilst also enabling you self-exploration and personal growth. As a birth doula, her role is also to be your voice during birth, when you may not have the words necessary. She would take the time to get to know you and your partner, your values, choices, and preferences.
Betty Mezzarano
Betty is a women’s health and fertility therapist. She aims to empower women with love for themselves and their womb, to reawaken their divine feminine energy, and to help them heal from physical and emotional trauma. All of these can enhance women’s reproductive health and wellbeing. She has enriched her knowledge and repertoire of techniques by experiential immersions and training in various modalities such as fertile body method, feminine embodiment, womb awakening, doulaing, closing of the bones, fertility / womb massage, Sivananda yoga, womb yoga, Thai massage, Hawaiian massage, and more.
