"Unforgettable and Amazing Culinary Experience!"

Even though Alison and Sid are most excellent chefs, their main focus is to share their culinary expertise with others - no matter what your skill set is. They want you to learn and feel comfortable recreating their recipes in your own kitchen. And it's not just cooking! A trip to the local cheese farm to meet the goats whose milk produce the best chevre ever, excursions to the marketplaces, learning about the history of the region, attending a cabaret show in Paris, dinner at the beautiful Le Train Bleu. If you are shopping for a culinary experience, this trip was everything it promises and more! For me, above all else, they are a warm and delightful couple and I look forward to more of their culinary trips ❤

"Best of the Best"

I found both instructors very knowledgeable and could relate to the students level of expertise. They expanded my culinary know how tremendously and my fears of doing some things were minimized. A great experience in a lovely part of France. I will definitely do it again to gain more confidence. Thanks to both Alison and Sidney.. You will enjoy this experience.

"Fun, supportive and professional and good hosts."

Support and encouragement for each dish whether or not you were a beginner or had experience. We felt at the end that we were confident to go home and cook the dishes. Also wonderful wine selection with all meals. Very knowledgeable about food and where it comes from. We both loved the goat farm. It was great to meet Nathan who also helped us through the week.
