Kieran Leinster
Founder, Boxing Coach & Massage Therapist Kieran came up with the idea of the Lights Out Retreats whilst out visiting Denia on holiday and after visiting a local gym, he was impressed by both the amazing facilities and quality coaches and as a result, fell in love with the area and all it had to offer and thought that everyone should be able to experience a holiday like it! Kieran is an ex-pro boxer, PT andhere to make sure you have an unforgettable holiday and an incredible experience!
Paddy Brennan
Paddy has been involved in the fight game for much of his life and after a successful Boxing career, he set up a Boxing Academy which produced boxers who achieved international honors. He's recieved the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service as the centre had helped more than 2,000 people during the time Paddy was there. Paddy now focuses solely on helping people improve their boxing skills and fitness out in Denia, he puts on the best Boxing sessions and knows how to get the most out of everyone.
Chris Leinster
Chris spent nearly 40 years in the British Army so he loves getting out on long beautiful walks with his dogs, and the scenery in Denia lends itself perfectly to that. He has a great sense of humour, very positive, personable and is always cracking little jokes. He's guaranteed to make you laugh, guide you safely and show you some of the most breathtaking views Denia has to offer.
Sue Leinster
Deep Tissue & Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist Sue became a massage shortly after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, A disorder that affects muscle and soft tissue and this diagnosis led her on a relentless quest to learn all she could about how the muscles, soft tissues but more importantly your fascia work, and how best to release them off and reduce the pain when or if it sets in. Her incredible knowledge, as well as her many years as a Massage Therapist means she is highly sought after in Denia. She will find knots and niggles you didn't even know you had.
Diamond Dave
Dave served in the army for 25 years of which he fought in intercompany bouts, got his coaching qualifications and also spent a decade coaching his company boxing team. An all round nice guy, with a great sense of humour an a wealth of knowledge on all things fitness and boxing. He is the second elite coach, alongside Paddy, who runs the Boxing sessions.
