Lisa discovered early on that she was a catalyst of change, and for over 35 years, they've been lucky enough to have coached, inspired, and motivated thousands of people. The key areas of her teachings include helping clients make impactful changes to their mental and physical health; the importance of self love and self respect; and how to break negative cycles and integrate life changing positive habits. Facilitating retreats is what she is most passionate about, and the participants wellbeing is always the primary focus while on them.
