Hello everyone, my name is Stefano Zamboni and I have been a professional Venetian chef for over 25 years. My passion for cooking was already in my blood when I was just 12 years old helping my parents (professional chefs). The passion soon involved me to the point that on weekends I worked as an apprentice pastry chef. This somewhat upset my study plans to the point that I went to work under my uncle (a chef with a famous CV). As the years grew, I also cultivated another desire: to travel.
