"Perfect surroundings to immerse yourself n mindfulness"

Firstly, Angela went out of her way to make me feel at home and the room was very comfortable. Angela actually upgraded me to the studio which was wonderful as I had the relaxing sound of the mill stream that runs behind the room. Secondly, the retreat is set in the most beautiful area two minutes from stunning views all along the coast. It is also a great place to do wild swimming which I did. Most importantly Angela is very good at creating a safe and fun space to explore and learn about mindfulness. You know you are in experienced hands.

"Fantastic getaway! Highly recommended!"

The hosts were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, incredible food, gorgeous accommodation (I stayed in the Dog House which was fantastic). Other people in the group were all lovely. Just a great experience.

"Go on give yourself a retreat treat"

Angela was very welcoming and whilst her tuition and guidance is very professional it is done in an approachable relaxed way that engaged everyone on the retreat.

The food was lovely and there's plenty of tea or coffee and home baking to keep you going between meals.

None of us knew each other when we arrived but the atmosphere set by Angela and Allie made it easy for us to gel as a group and enjoy each others company or have quiet time alone when we wanted it.

There are walks and spectacular cliffs with crashing waves a stones throw away not to mention a peacock or two strutting around outside.

I went home feeling relaxed, happy and looking forward to practicing my new skills

"Mindfulness meditation in Nature"

Angela and Ali our hosts went out of their way to look after us. They obviously love what they do and genuinely care about their guests.

Their house and the location were perfect for the retreat. The food provided was amazing at every meal. I felt nourished in mind and body.

The meditation teaching was excellent and the meditation sessions were very special whether in the beautiful long room in front of a log fire or outside beside the sea. Perfect.
