Weronika Maria Kostrzewa
Weronika is the main space holder of the retreat. She will guide you through the whole process with therapeutic practices of yoga: meditation techniques dedicated to emotion release & balancing female energy and intimacy, anti-aging Tibetan methods, sauna rituals, work with medicinal cacao & ecstatic dance. Weronika's nearly 10 years of experience as a teacher have proven that yoga works as a perfect therapy for both body & mind; helping not only with back pain but also when one struggles with difficult emotions, depression, fears, laziness, addictions & confusion. The time for healing is now.

Freddy is a talented kitchen chef and space holder. She will be sharing her passion for conscious food production, baking, and cooking while playing with different tastes and elements.
