Lilla's journey to self-enquiry started in her early childhood and that genuine curiosity about the psyche led her to gain her Masters Degree as a Psychologist in 2012. However, her other passion for mindful movement constantly made her feel that there is a much stronger connection between mind, body and spirit than one would think. After she was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2015, her powerful healing journey started. Discovering yoga and meditation helped her to integrate different health aspects and create a holistic approach in her everyday life which she happily uses when she teaches.

Peter was passionate about sports since he was a child. It was a way for him to get rid of excess energy at the time. After several injuries he felt that he needed to have a change from his background as a personal trainer. Yoga made him learn how to calm himself down, understand his emotions better and live a more mindful life. As he finds pranayama extremely important to explore the deeper mind-body connection, today he also supports his clients as a Certified Breath Coach and helps them build a healthier lifestyle by simply guiding them through the transformational power of the breath.
