Carla's journey began as a dancer from an early age, and as she transitioned into the fitness industry after school, her passion for understanding the human body, its functions, and overall wellness grew. She delved into personal training, sports nutrition, and body massage, continuously expanding her knowledge. However, she felt that there was more to discover about optimizing the body and one's health, especially as people age. That's when she found Pilates, and she was captivated by its ability to not only rehabilitate the body but also enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
