Roberto Laurens
Roberto's wellness journey began in his early 20s when he was diagnosed with gallstones in his gallbladder. Knowing in his heart that there was another way besides what the doctors were telling him, he began the process of healing naturally with liver and gallbladder cleanses. It was during this pivotal time that he began exploring his spirituality. Personal growth became his main focus for the decade that followed. He studied mysticism at Hampshire College, completed the Landmark curriculum of self-development, and spent 4 years in the Amazon and Andes mountains of Peru learning from healers.
Sarah Taylor
Being passionate about health and wellness, and always interested in spirituality, Sarah instantly fell in love with yoga from day one. She immediately developed a deep passion and commitment to her personal practice, and found teachers who helped her grow beyond where she thought she could go. Sarah went on to get her 200-hour certification in Baja, Mexico, under Christopher Perkins. Upon returning, Sarah went directly into teaching yoga full time. After a year and a half of teaching, she travelled to Rimini, Italy, to study under Timea Vitez, studying the more spiritual aspects of yoga.
