    I wish I had an option higher than excellent!

    Perfect retreat!

    We liked everything: the yoga classes, the food, the place and of course staying with Raquel who was so friendly and welcoming. This retreat is really personal and Raquel is really flexible and adjust everything according to your needs and expectations. We also had Mandala lessons, time to practice our Acro yoga and time to visit places around which Raquel showed us (including her farm!)

    The whole experience was really special and recommended to anyone who want to do something good to his/her body and soul ☺️

    A unique experience

    From the initial contact, Raquel was extremely prompt to respond and welcoming. I immediately knew I wanted to do this yoga retreat and no other. The place is vibrant, full of healing and positive vibes, and her cooking is delicious. Raquel is not only an excellent yoga instructor, she is also an amazing listener, provides great insight, is very supportive throughout her clients' journey and has her own very inspiring story. She is very involved and solicited feedback to continue tailoring her services, which is fantastic. I got from this retreat exactly what I needed and didn't even want to leave, lol. She is also an incredible healer and literally can craft a remedy for any pain you have.

    The accommodation is fully separated so you can retire when you need and have a peaceful sleep.

    All is all, a beautiful, enriching experience. You can go with your eyes closed if you want to focus on you, yoga and healing while getting a local vibe for the "Tico" life!
