Josh Dickson
Josh Dickson, the founder of Resurface, leads our retreats and guides clients on their journey of self-discovery and growth. With his unique talent for delivering psycho-education and group therapy, Josh creates a profound impact, fostering a deep sense of trust and safety. His authentic approach and expertise ensure that every individual feels supported and understood. As a leading psychologist specialising in trauma and recovery, Josh draws on over 15 years of experience in positive psychology—the science of human flourishing.
Kristine Steffenak
Kristine is a medical doctor with experience as both a GP and Obstetrics/Gynecology, working in both the UK and Norway. She completed her 200 hours of yoga teaching in Kerala, India, in January 2019 and her 200 hours with The Power Yoga Company in June 2020. Kristine is currently furthering her training in Trauma-focused Yoga (TCTSY). Kristine is a keen photographer and her photos can be seen on the Resurface Instagram page.
