Lots of sing a long 'tribal' music played with vast array of acoustic instruments including Gaelic harp, various unique wind instruments, guitar, digeridoo, djemba/steel drums. Was spectacular firewalking ceremony, the drumming got really intense, great to see hear in England.
The meditations were great, some held in woods by trees. Dmitry was excellent teacher.
The yoga was very good, morning exercise really helped start the day.
Facility wise, outdoor shower excellent as always hot, with optional proper showers in real tennis building. Food for lunch and dinner excellent. Was structured where you get 3 of each dishes in proportion to your dosha, pitta kapha and vata. I had ready made tent so was easy just to add inflatable mattress and bedding etc. Drinking water always available. Sauna available at certain times. It gets hot in summer and bugs around so bring plenty of mosquito repellent and sun cream. There are shady spots so you can relax there too.
