Salvatore Rossetti is a multicultural chef born in south Italy and grew up in a traditional Mediterranean environment. Once got a diploma from a hotel school in Otranto(Lecce), he started to travel around the world getting in touch with tastes from different cultures. He found his” home” in Greece on the island of Corfu. From 2009 he owns an Italian restaurant in the village of Roda(PIXIDA ristorante italiano). Here he continues to cultivate a passion for food, combining Italian dishes with a Greek touch using fresh products from both countries.
