6 years ago, Natalia's family bought an abandoned farm of the 18th century in Sicily, in the amazing place of Chiaramonte Gulfi. For many generations, Bishop Sebastian Pocco's family has been producing oil and wine here. To date, they have carried out a complete reconstruction of the old farm, resumed production of the excellent St. Margherita olive oil, opened a B&B, and launched Gastronomic tours. Natalia will be happy to keep you company and share her secrets, as she was educated at the Enotria Wine School and attended specialized courses of olive oil tasters.
