Daniella Gould
Daniella has MA in Asian Studies from UC Berkeley, RYT 200, Y12SR, and breathwork certified. She also attended multiple trainings, including on trauma, resilience, self-regulation, parenting, social justice, meditation, and mindfulness. She's owner and instructor of Santosa Yoga and Health in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She offers outdoor yoga classes, workshops, and retreats. She loves to teach classes, workshops, and retreats that support people in applying yoga philosophy, breathing, and meditation into their lives, so that they can experience life with more ease, joy, and vigor.
