Sarah Boettger is a passionate yoga trainer, entrepreneur, and nature lover. With her experience as a DOSB-certified sports trainer and love for mindful living, she is able to create a space where you can recharge, connect with nature, and find inner balance and inspiration.

Nikoleta’s greatest aim is to guide her students toward growth and self-discovery. She finds immense joy in witnessing their progress, both on and off the mat. For her, yoga is more than a physical practice—it is a journey of personal transformation and connection. With a teaching style rooted in empathy and care, Nikoleta combines her extensive experience with a genuine passion for supporting others. She believes that yoga should be an enjoyable and enriching experience, helping each individual find balance, strength, and peace in their own unique way.
