Sarita Sol
Sarita is a healer, ceremonial facilitator, meditation teacher, and spiritual mentor. Her passion is to bring awareness and openings into people's lives so that they can discover the truth of who they are. This she does by using embodiment practices from the ancient gyno-centric tradition of "Path of Pollen" coupled with womb wisdom, sacred movement, ceremonial and heart-based manifestation techniques, and meditation. Her work is ever-evolving and backed by the newly emerging science of quantum consciousness.
Victoria Penfold
Vicki Penfold is an artist and art teacher in Cape Town, South Africa where she runs both oil painting and mixed media classes from her St. Catherine Studio. She combines her 15 years of experience in the oil and mixed media techniques with an energetic teaching style to allow students to develop their own intuitive artistic voice. Inspiration for her own artwork stems from a deep connection and love for nature and the creatures that inhabit a place of magic. Born in Zimbabwe in 1972, Victoria spent her formative years roaming unpopulated wild spaces.
