    "5 Stars all around"

    Carla is the consummate host, yoga teacher, life coach, mediation & sound bath "director" and has become a great friend, she is just amazing. Calamocha is stunningly beautiful and the perfect setting for a very special yoga retreat. I highly recommend Soul to Sole Wellbeing!

    "Wonderful yoga retreat, great activities, beautiful location"

    Carla’s yoga retreat was a highlight of my year! Because Carla meets everyone with warmth and support to suit their individual needs, I would recommend this experience to everyone of all ages, yoga experience levels, and singles or people attending with friends, family, or a partner. During the week I relaxed and rejuvenated thanks to Carla’s spiritual guidance, fabulous yoga sessions, and outstanding therapeutic massage treatments combined with the gorgeous beauty of Calamocha Lodge in Costa Rica and the delicious cuisine. The retreat also included fabulous experiences led by Carla’s friends and local associates who were expert teachers of surfing, horseback riding, and slow flow yoga. The yoga retreat attendees bonded as a group over lovely meals, walks to the beach, chanting, and swimming in the infinity pool. Overall, this was a remarkable and truly enjoyable five out of five stars experience!

    "A nature-infused, life-changing experience!"

    Carla and Jasmin were positive, warm, and caring instructors. They have a way of saying, “everything will work out” and I have been saying this to myself ever since returning home. It’s simple, but life-changing. I did the Indian head massage treatment with Carla and it was wonderful.

    Also, the location! It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, especially at sunset. And the walk to the beach from the lodge is charming. I loved being more in touch with nature…rising with the sun and howler monkeys, and going to bed early rather than staying up too late watching TV like at home.

    Swimming in the infinity pool with a view of the jungle and stars at night was incredible.

    I highly recommend the surf lesson with Esteban and the horseback riding to the beach. So so fun and exciting!

    We rented a 4x4 vehicle so we could explore the surrounding area and I’m so glad we did! Santa Teresa and Montezuma are both very cool places to visit with very different vibes.
