    "Wonderful Experience!"

    We didn't expect such a gorgeous setting, beautiful accommodations, and fabulous cooking! Kathy and Roxanne were extremely entertaining and knowledgeable . The delicious recipes they presented were simple, delicious, impressive enough for special occasions, as well as enjoyable "regular meals." The surprising thing about the class was that cast iron skillet cooking was not the only terrific technique we learned. These talented chefs have written numerous cookbooks and were drawing from their experiences across the cooking spectrum. We highly recommend this experience! Everyone in the class we chatted with raved about it as well!
