Raneem is training on building thoughtful yoga sequences of physical poses linked together with breath, followed by a guided meditation that will leave you feeling calm yet energized, and essentially bringing balance back to your body. She loves Vinyasa flow style of yoga because it is a breath-coordinated style, moving in and out of postures seamlessly using your breath and feeling more connected to the body in a healthy way.
