Raneem is training on building thoughtful yoga sequences of physical poses linked together with breath, followed by a guided meditation that will leave you feeling calm yet energized, and essentially bringing balance back to your body. She loves Vinyasa flow style of yoga because it is a breath-coordinated style, moving in and out of postures seamlessly using your breath and feeling more connected to the body in a healthy way.

Laurie is a writer, stand-up comic and creator of the comic book, Lady Yoga, Superhero. She has traveled the world via her yoga mat cape teaching trainings for yoga, fitness and massage using her great love of anatomy, history and philosophy to make movement and healing accessible to everyone. Laurie is also the founder of FED – Fight Eating Disorders – a 501c3 non-profit bridging the gap of insurance coverage for recovery, offering assistance for those suffering from eating disorders. She is a yoga and massage therapist in Los Angeles.
