Wendy is a board-certified licensed acupuncturist, Kripalu yoga teacher, breast cancer survivor, writer, workshop, and international retreat leader. She discovered yoga in 1993 and is forever grateful for the gifts of yoga and mindfulness. For Wendy yoga is both a playful and sacred journey that helps connect us to our divine feminine essence. Wendy's classes are soulful, with awareness to alignment as well as just plain fun. She predominantly teaches Slow Flow Vinyasa, deep stretch, Restorative, Yin, meditation and pranayama. She lives in Charlotte with her husband, daughter, and dog.

Kathleen is a lifelong educator, forest ecologist, and has been a leader of therapeutic nature experiences for 25 years. She weaves the modalities of somatic therapy, mindfulness, energy medicine, ecotherapy, and ecopsychology into her work with groups and individuals. She is the Co-Founder of the Davidson Green School, now serving as their Director of Mindfulness and Outdoor Leadership. Kathleen leads international retreats, facilitates workshops, is a speaker, author of The Nature Reset, and founder of NatureSoma.com
