Dr. Angie Holzer
Dr. Holzer received her yoga certification in Rishikesh, India from Yogi Dinesh in 2016, where she specialized in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. She was trained in Ayurvedic philosophy, a natural system of medicine, and adapts that into her practice. Dr. Holzer specialized in yoga for mental health at Stanford University, where she taught yoga and meditation classes since 2017. She is also certified in trauma-informed yoga, yoga for cancer survivors, and applied adaptive yoga. Dr. Holzer specializes in providing tools to help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and other areas of mental health.
