Her journey with yoga began in 1999, and over the years, she has explored various healing modalities—including breathwork, meditation, EFT tapping, and sound healing—to create a truly holistic approach to well-being. She believes that true transformation happens when you give yourselves permission to slow down and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
