The property is perched on top of a south-facing hill with panoramic views and has an organic garden, several sitting spots, and walking trails to enjoy the many wildflowers, olive, and fruit trees. These trails connect to paths leading to forests, olive groves, vineyards, and a historic town just minutes away. Oasi Sorgente aims to be more than just a retreat center. Their mission is to contribute to a vibrant planet, where people can freely collaborate from a foundation of physical and mental strength.
They take pride in setting up natural and organic food production on their property and collaborating with local sustainable partners. As a result, everything they put on the table is fresh, healthy, and delicious. While simultaneously supporting and creating vibrant natural ecosystems, for all living beings. They are creating an environment where everyone can feel welcome, supported, and inspired.
They offer guests a chance to relax and recharge in a location that celebrates Italy’s beautiful countryside and culture while providing all those interested with tools to help them along their journeys of personal improvement. Oasi Sorgente offers three fully-equipped rental apartments, each with the capacity to sleep up to five guests comfortably. Every apartment features an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
Two of the apartments are designed with one bedroom and a loft space, while the other apartment features two bedrooms. To provide guests with maximum comfort, all but one of the beds are single in the shared accommodation, ensuring that everyone has their own sleeping space. Eye masks and earplugs will also be provided.

This is a beginner plus to intermediate Aerial training and you should be able to aerial invert and climb. Discover innovative techniques to enhance your Aerial practice and learn how to combine the fundamentals to create captivating new sequences that will leave your audience in awe.
Join Oasi Sorgente B&B and Retreat Center for an unforgettable experience that will take your aerial artistry to new heights. And that is not all. You will also have evening stretching sessions and a workshop in injury prevention with Pilates machines. Plus, you will explore the beautiful Umbrian countryside, indulge in a wine tasting at a local vineyard, and meander through the charming towns. With delicious farm-to-table vegetarian cuisine and great company, this retreat is sure to be unforgettable.

TK Paauwe-Roberts
TK discovered her passion for all things fitness-related through her extensive background in high-level gymnastics. Her unique teaching style emphasizes building a deeper understanding of the body and developing skills with confidence. TK's programs combine Pilates-inspired movements, various aerial practices, calisthenics, and weightlifting to help clients of all levels achieve their goals while focusing on injury prevention and mobility. She currently teaches private lessons and group classes at Oasi Sorgente in Italy.
Kristen Krupp
Kristen Krupp, the visionary behind SoCo Aerial Collective in Sonoma County, CA, has been passionately studying aerial arts for more than a decade and embraces every chance to expand her knowledge. In 2017, she founded SoCo Aerial Collective to share her love for aerials with her students and visiting instructors, while fostering a safe and encouraging environment. Additionally, as a certified personal trainer, she is dedicated to building strength for the entire body to ensure consistent and sustainable practice, both on the ground and in the air.
