There will be six days of yoga, fly yoga, and Pilates. You will have up to three yoga and Pilates classes per day. Choose from a selection of Hatha, Vinyasa, Fly yoga, Hot yoga, Pilates Mat, and Hot Pilates.
The Ganban Room at OM Academy is specially prepared for sound baths and meditation with a heated Vulcanic rock floor, immersive surround sound system, and neon illumination. Here, you'll have daily 30-60 minute immersive sound baths and meditation sessions.
One 90-minute Indian relaxation massage, Tui Na therapy or singing balls massage
One 90-minute sound healing live session with crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongsand other low-frequency instruments to facilitate meditative states and deep relaxation of body and mind.
Daily wellness talks and debates on selected topics (60 to 90 minutes each session) on stress and burn-out, healthy eating, sleeping better, living longer and better, happiness, and ego.
