On the first day of the retreat, Om & Flow Yoga will be picking up all of the guests in Tallinn and heading to the retreat center together. Please note that the group will be leaving Tallinn at 3 p.m. the latest, so if you’re not available for pick-up before that time you will have to make your own way to Hiiumaa. On the last day of the retreat, you will be dropped off in Tallinn in the afternoon.
The silence begins on the first day in the evening after orientation and ends on the last day of the retreat before your final lunch together. During the retreat you will receive a wealth of knowledge about mental health, mindfulness, the spiritual and physical practice of yoga, meditation, and yoga Nidra.
You will be taught how to incorporate that knowledge into your everyday life and how to live your life more mindfully, in peace and contentment.

- 15:00 Guided mindfulness practice/Metta meditation
- 16:30 Restorative yoga and yoga Nidra
- 18:30 Dinner
- 20:00 Sauna
You will leave the retreat with deepened meditation and yoga practice, having grown as a person and gained more clarity and vision for your future, ready to fulfill your dreams and live your life to the fullest.
This retreat is open for all levels of yoga and meditation practitioners. Your training will be tailored specifically to your needs and goals to lead you to your maximum potential.
