You will be accommodated at the Yoga Niketan Ashram. You will stay in an ashram-style single, clean, and safe room with a private bathroom and a fan-double room available upon request. During the hot season, air-conditioned rooms are offered. You will also find a desk, chair, armoire, a little porch, or a balcony to relax or read your favorite book. Towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided. All rooms are simple, yet quaint and immersed in lush greenery. The yoga studio, fully equipped with mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters, is within walking distance of each accommodation.

Program

Deepen your yoga practice both on and off the mat. Awaken your inner knowing. Relax and nourish the deepest part of who you are as a manifestation of divine nature in the human body. Besides meditation and yoga practices, you will also explore the ancient town of Rishikesh and breathe together with the holy energy of Ma Ganga. Join Om Sampoorn Yoga for daily yoga, meditation, and pranayama classes, traditional Indian holy ceremonies, personal studies at the ashram’s library, and Ayurvedic massage.

Included excursions

Go on excursions with yogi Vimal, a local of Rishikesh who lived in a cave alone for a year and knows all the spots only babas are aware of. Yogi Vimal and his team will take you to the Himalayas to enjoy sunrise meditation, visit temples and sacred caves, participate in Indian traditional ceremonies such as puja and aarti by the holy river Ganga, and partake in kirtan.

Om Sampoorn Yoga is centrally located at the Yoga Niketan Ashram, one of the most renowned in Rishikesh, the world's capital of yoga, India. Strategically situated on a little hill, with a breathtaking view of the river Ganga which is away from crowds and noises. Since the samadhi (tomb) of Guru Yogeshwarananda right by the yoga hall fills the space with sacred energy, the atmosphere is particularly peaceful and conducive to meditation, yoga, and self-discovery.

You will be served daily yogic or vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner included in the price. Yoga Niketan Ashram serves a vegetarian menu in keeping with yoga practice. How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. Please let Om Sampoorn Yoga if you need their help with the transfer. They will meet you at the ashram.

Arrival by train

It is a five-hour trip on Shatabdi Express from New Delhi railway station to Haridwar. You can then take a taxi from Haridwar to Rishikesh (one hour). Om Sampoorn Yoga will meet you at the ashram.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
