Lodge twin share

This option is very popular! Keep costs down by sharing a room with another guest of the same gender (or bring a friend). Room set within a shared lodge in the grounds of the resort, with a shared bathroom.

Lodge single room

Cozy private room with single or double bed. It is set within a shared three-bedroom lodge in the grounds of the resort, with a shared bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). A great option if you want your own room but still want to keep the costs down!

Lodge en-suite room

Your own double room with a private bathroom. The private bathroom has toilet, bath, and sink, but no shower. There is a shared shower room also.

The room is set within a shared lodge in the grounds of the resort, with all resort facilities in easy reach.

Resort en-suite room

The resort rooms are hotel-style private en-suite rooms set within the main resort building. You get your own private bedroom with large bed and en-suite bathroom.


Come for fitness sessions at your fitness level (for all ages, shapes, and sizes) in a safe and supportive setting (this is not a boot camp!). There will also be seminars and workshops to educate yourself nutrition, goal setting, and mindset subjects helping you. On the top of that, you will also get to enjoy chef-prepared healthy meals and snacks that never leave you hungry. Everything you need to lose weight, get fit, and establish new healthy habits is included in your program.

OnTrack's program of workshops, education, and seminars will help you:

You will leave your time at OnTrack confident of keeping the weight off and reaching your long term goals.

Although it is recommended that you participate in the seminars, if you prefer, you can use the time to do extra gym work or other activities. It is your choice - it is your program.

A fun and full day at the retreat

Every day is designed to help you achieve the best results you can. It will be fun, effective and at the right level for you - with the team supporting you at every stage.

Every day is slightly different and will vary based on weather and the individual needs of participants so exact schedules vary and change. Here is an example of a typical day:

06:45 Morning walk

Kick start your day with a morning walk around the grounds.

07:15 Breakfast time

Start the day right with a healthy and nutritious breakfast.

08:00 Warm up fitness

Get your body and muscles moving with a warm up session to set you up for the day ahead.

08:30 Morning training session

Fun morning session with expert trainers in the indoor studio, gym, or the beautiful surrounds of the Devon retreat. Training might include cardio circuits (at your level), kickboxing circuits, boxing circuits, walks, gym training, or many other sessions designed to maximize your results - at your fitness level.

10:30 Healthy morning snack

Fuel your body with a healthy and tasty morning snack.

11:00 Success seminar

Get your mindset into shape with a daily workshop covering subjects like emotional eating, goal setting, motivation, nutrition, or many other valuable tools to help you achieve maximum success. If you prefer not to do the seminar, you can use the gym instead.

12:30 Lunch and afternoon training session

Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch that will power you up for the rest of the day.

A full afternoon program of exercise is provided each day, usually finishing around 4 p.m. The activities vary but can include:

  • Pool sessions

Enjoy a session in the indoor pool where you will exercise, stretch, and have some fun. If you are uncomfortable with the pool, OnTrack are happy for you to use the gym instead.

  • Walks

Inspire yourself with wonderful walks (or runs if you are up to them) in the beautiful surroundings around the retreat.

  • Fitness sessions

Exercise in the indoor studio, gym, or the surrounds of the retreat. Trainers keep your sessions fun and interesting - you will enjoy every session. Training might include cardio circuits, kickboxing circuits, boxing, gym training, or other sessions to maximize your results - at your level.

16:00 or 17:00 End of day

Each day usually finishes around 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. Finishing times vary and might be earlier or later depending on time of year or to aid rest and recovery. Make the most of the resort facilities. Swim or relax in the Jacuzzi or sauna. Rest in your room, or take a spa treatment.

18:00 Dinner

Enjoy a great tasting and healthy dinner - their guests are amazed at just how good the food is.

18.45 Relax

After dinner, guests are free to relax. Some guests choose to make use of the facilities, socializing with other guests, whilst others return to their rooms to prepare for the next day.

OnTrack believes healthy eating is the key to long term and sustainable weight loss. You will receive a wide range of delicious meals which look and taste great! The food is designed for weight loss, but you will get great tasting food for weight loss that you can replicate at home. Most meals will be prepared for you and served to your table or buffet style.

There are also some practical cooking sessions, cooking lessons / demonstrations to help you learn about healthy cooking so you can continue your healthy eating when you return home.

Every meal you enjoy can be easily planned and prepared in your own home after you leave us. You will also benefit from the time we spend on healthy cooking tips and tricks.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Exeter International Airport (EXT). A free shared pickup is available from Exeter train station at 3 p.m. each Sunday. Airport transfers can also be arranged for an extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 21 days before arrival.
