Osho Meditations & Mindfulness Training Private Retreat is a four-day retreat with 2-3 hours of activity each day. During these days, you will learn Osho Active Meditations, Mindfulness techniques by Osho for daily life, and the fundamental principles around Osho Active Meditation, Body & Passive Meditation.
