Overview
During Our Yoga Mind's Autoimmune Healing and Health retreat, they will provide a safe and supportive space for healing. Their holistic approach will help you understand yourself better and discover how your mind, body, and soul are interconnected regarding overall health.
Our Yoga Mind does the honor that every single person's healing path is unique, therefore there is no one fit for all. They offer a wide range of toolboxes throughout the day and each individual has the chance to explore what works for them the best.
Our Yoga Mind believes that discipline gives a great routine for the days, so they suggest a structure, especially for the morning and evening practices. In the afternoons, you will have some free time to enjoy the surroundings or around the pool in the finca.
To keep your mind and body clear all the time, it will be a coffee and alcohol-free retreat. You will also apply a slight digital detox (limited usage of the phones). In this way, we hope you will maximize your mindful moments meanwhile you will spend some quality time in nature.

- Free Time in nature to relax and unwind
- 16:00 Holistic workshop (enjoy different topics every day where you will dive deeper)

- 20:30 Games night/yoga Nidra/Yin yoga/meditation /journaling
