You will be provided with a safe container where you can be fully yourself and work through any area of your life that needs a bit more attention and healing. Their main intention is to fully support you and guide you through this journey so that by the end of the retreat you will feel emotionally, energetically, physically, mentally, and spiritually reborn.
Personal and private
During the transformational retreats, you will be provided a safe space for healing to happen. Therefore, the final program is always personalized and adjusted to your needs. At the same time, Our Yoga Mind believes that discipline gives a great routine for the days, so they suggest a structure, especially for the morning and evening practices. In the afternoons you will have some free time to enjoy it in the surroundings or around the pool in the finca.
The private retreat setting gives a great opportunity for personalized advice either regarding the physical practice or for any emotional, mental, or spiritual experiences. They will fully guide you through the program with the following intentions:

To keep your mind and body clear all the time, it will be a coffee and alcohol-free retreat. You will also apply a slight digital detox (limited usage of the phones). In this way, Our Yoga Mind hopes you will maximize your mindful moments meanwhile you will spend some quality time in nature.
