There are few certainties in life and one of them is that you will have periods where you will be confronted with challenges and circumstances that you do not want to be in and resist. How you experience and show-up in these situations depend on your resilience level. People with high resilience will strive in the face of adversity and grow through the pain and challenges brought by the experience. People with low resilience will regress to coping and surviving which will likely be a fairly unpleasant experience and where the potential to bounce back and transform will be lost. So of all the life skills that you might choose to develop, resilience is certainly an essential one that will support you throughout life to travel more safely and with a sense of self-confidence and purpose.

This resilience coaching is for you if:

  • You are feeling anxious and fearful when you are experiencing change

Tools required

  • Up-to-date Zoom application on a computer/smartphone or tablet
  • Access to the internet with a speed which allows for video streaming

How the program works

How do you take part?

  • Register and receive your welcome email
  • Book your first session on the online calendar where we will conduct your self-assessment for your resilience level
  • Book subsequent sessions on the online calendar at a frequency of 10-15 days between sessions
  • Once the booking is confirmed, the program can start at any times as provided by the availability on the online calendar
  • Booking to be confirmed 7 days minimum prior to the first coaching session

Upon registration you will receive a welcome email. In this email you will be instructed on how to book your sessions online by accessing an online calendar. You will also receive a link to a GoogleDrive where materials on resilience and your assignments will be loaded.

  • Preparation to the first session consisting of a self-assessment
  • Session 1: Personal Resilience Index assessment and coaching plan for the next 4 sessions
  • Session 2 - 5: Working the different domains of the Resilience model and accelerating your learning and progress
  • Session 6: Re-assessment of your resilience level, integration and consolidation of the what you have learnt, the progress made and how to sustain it over time

Receive:

  • 6 live 1-to-1 online sessions of 1-1.5 hour each in total every 2 weeks
  • Resilience model and personal resilience assessment
  • Coaching sessions following the assessment to form plan, change self-limiting beliefs and track progress
  • In-depth support, advice and coaching regarding the way you deal with adversity
  • Breathing and reframing techniques to help you better manage anxiety and emotional regulation

Timing of sessions (GMT+2/GMT+1)

You will be able to schedule your sessions using an online calendar online. You will be able to choose for each session a suitable day and time, taking into account your timezone and mine.

Course information

This coaching program will clarify the 6 domains upon which resilience is built and assess you in terms of overall resilience. Once this diagnostic is made, the individual coaching sessions will guide you to formulate plans and eliminate your self-limiting beliefs which prevent you to tap into your inner resilience potential.

As a result of doing this program, you will find new sources of resilience, joy, and calm in your life which will bring the additional benefits of happiness and well-being.
