Pre-application requirements
A prerequisite is for people with developed self-awareness and who have done prior personal work on themselves.
This coaching program is for you if:
- It is for you if you are serious to use the issues/problems you face as a catalyst for personal change. The intention of this program is to “switch” you “on” so you can tap into your natural creativity and resourcefulness so you can solve your current difficulties and prepare you better for future ones.
- This program is intense and requires commitment in terms of focus, time and effort.
This coaching program is not for you if:
- You are suffering from mental illnesses.
- You are only looking for quick fixes to your external circumstances.
- You are not willing to reflect on yourself, you are convinced that you know who you are and cannot change or be changed.
- You find difficult to commit and live in the land of “Maybe”.
How the course works
- Register and receive your welcome email.
- Book your first session on the online calendar where we will conduct your self-assessment for your resilience level.
- Book subsequent sessions on the online calendar at a frequency of 10-15 days between sessions.
- Upon registration you will receive a welcome email. In this email you will be instructed on how to book your sessions online by accessing an online calendar. You will also receive a link to a GoogleDrive where program materials and your assignments will be loaded.
- Once the booking is confirmed, the program can start at any times as provided by the availability on the online calendar.
- Booking to be confirmed 7 days minimum prior to the first coaching session.

- Prior to the first session, you will take 2 self assessments to draw a baseline at the beginning of the program. In the first session of 90’ we will review your self-assessment and start the transformation coaching program.
- The next 9 sessions of 60’ each, we will take you on your transformation journey.
- You will also take the time to celebrate the progress you have made and the journey accomplished.
Tools required:
- Up-to-date Zoom application on a computer/smartphone or tablet
- Access to the internet with a speed which allows for video streaming
The step by step program will follow a staged approach:
- 1. Observation and self-awareness
- 2. Reconnection to your “inner power” and emotions
- 3. Release of the old patterns (the most intense part of the program, be warned)
- 4. Creating a new belief system and manifestation in your life
- 5. Structure to sustain the change over time.
You will have 10 sessions in total and it is recommended you have them every 10 to 15 days, so it will be 2 or 3 sessions per month, which will take approximately 5 months.
You will use your day to day life as a “playground” to experiment with new beliefs and behaviours which are the key elements of the program, so no need to isolate yourself from the rest of your life but to the contrary you will use the challenges and frustrations of the day to day life to accelerate your learning and behavioural change.
Expect to have to spend between 1 and 3 hours between sessions to implement what you discuss, reflect on the new insights and prepare for the next session.

You will be able to schedule your sessions using an online calendar online. You will be able to choose for each session a suitable day and time, taking into account your timezone and mine.

What will you learn?
The program is based on proven activities and assignments to kick-start the natural process of transformation within yourself. It is founded on 4 pillars:
- Positive psychology: It is used to make you reconnect and rediscover what it is truly important to you and why, which in turn inspires you to be courageous and take actions.
- Neuroscience: You can reprogram stress responses and build resilience, which is then used to develop habits for new ways of being and doing to emerge..
- Embodiment coaching: Your transformation coaching taps into centred-body practices to reconnect with our feelings and with what we no longer remember that we know.
- Perennial philosophy: It moves you beyond the obvious and helps clarify and reframe what is happening, changing the question from “why is this happening to me?” to “why is this happening for me?”
