How the retreat works

There will be four 40-minute online classes of remedial Mindfulness and NLP through guided visualization. The 4 sessions are held on Wednesdays starting from June 17, 2020 through July 8, 2020.

This online Mindfulness course is held online. Pelionretreats is based in Volos, Greece (GMT+3). They will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
