The itinerary will be tailor-made according to each client's preferences and needs. At check-in, the client will receive the full agenda with dates, times, and locations of all the activities included in the program. The program will start at Serenity with a guest welcome and introduction.
The yoga and harmonization of the Chakras retreats develop the powerful energy fields (Chakras), invisible to the eye, but whose existence is indisputable.
The seven major Chakras control the seven glands of the endocrine system and these, in turn, regulate all functions of the body, including the aging process. So, in order to improve your health and your own self-knowledge, the retreat will work the balance of each Chakra through the practice of postures, breathing, and several other techniques.
All programs include wellness amenities at arrival, offering private one-to-one classes, complimentary access to Thermal Oasis at Serenity - The Art of Well Being, and are suitable for all levels according to each person's goals and needs.
The dedicated wellness team will guide the client through the program during the stay at Pine Cliffs Resort. For each day, clients will receive daily extensive buffet breakfast, healthy concept lunch, and dinner (excluding drinks).
You will also have access to the Thermal Oasis facilities (steam room, Kneipp pool, hydrotherapy pool, herbal sauna, sauna with Himalayan salt, ice fountain, experience showers, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas), Health Club ACTIVE by Serenity (gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi), outdoor pools, and beach.
