You will stay at the PizzAcademy apartment (from one to four persons - for more, availability needs to be checked with the partners). The accommodation has a stunning sea view and is equipped with all comforts.
Program
The itinerary may be different depending on the period of the year, combining pizza making and the Ragu activities. The cooking courses available are pizza, pasta, pasta sauces, crepes, tiramisu, gelato and nut cream.
Ragu Ferrari drive course
The driving day will begin at 8:00 a.m. with departure from the apartment. You will arrive around 12:00 p.m. in one of the hundreds of restaurant around Modena and Maranello to take lunch. After that, you will go to drive the Ferrari. After this activity, you will go back to Sanremo. End of daily service around 8:00 p.m.
Italian pizza
Learn to make the Italian real pizza simply in only one evening, and after the work you will can taste your delicious pizza. (about 2.5 - 3 hours)
Fresh pasta
Learn to make the real pasta known all over the world, with the best flour type “00” and natural ingredients. This activity includes one pasta sauce lesson, fresh tomatoes and basilico, grana padano cheese. (about 3 - 4 hours)
Pasta sauces
Do you like the pasta and would you like to learn something more about the sauce? You are in the right place. The following are the sauces which you can learn. (about 2 - 3 hours)

If you want to touch the sky, you have to choose this course. In any moment of the day, in any part of the world you can taste the only, the real, the unique gelato. (about 2 hours)
Crema di nocciola - nut cream (the origin of nutella)
This activity will let you discover the origin of a recipe famous all over the world - la nutella. You'll learn all the process that makes nut the sweet cream. (about 2 hours)

Karting
1100 EUR, minimum 4 days, all year. Speed runs in your veins? This means that you should choose this package.
