Each day will be filled with fun and adventure as Emma and Katie guide you on hikes (the longest will be 10 miles) The terrain is rugged and can be challenging. A certain level of fitness is required.
There will be dips at Saltburn-by-the-Sea, a stunning blue-flag beach, as well as a more secret Yorkshire coast dipping location. Yoga sessions will take place outdoors wherever possible, in locations such as the grounds of Guisborough Priory and the local beach, and will be led by expert local instructors. You will also have the opportunity to have a beach-based pop-up sauna.
Sample itinerary
Day 1
Meet others just after lunch for a long coastal walk with a dip at a stunning and quiet beach at the end. Drive back to Saltburn-by-the-Sea to meet yoga instructor Becky, who will guide you through a yoga class on the beach. Free time and evening meal.
Day 2
Start the day with an early morning dip and beach sauna at another quiet Yorkshire coast spot. Back to the accommodation for breakfast and then leave for a day walking in the North York Moors, having picked up a picnic lunch. Evening meal and free time.
Day 3
Breakfast, and then a yoga session with Carole in the beautiful setting of the Guisborough Priory grounds before another beautiful hike.
Day 4
An option to finish your retreat with a final dip and a hike once you have checked out.
