How the retreat works
You have the option to purchase the self-paced version or the fully supported version with 1-on-1 meetings. If you choose the live and fully supported 1:1 retreat, in addition to the Virtual Course, you'll receive 3 x daily live sessions & accountability to support your journey before, during, and after the retreat.
All live sessions will be recorded so that you can have lifetime access. Within the FB group and emails you'll be encouraged to engage and ask questions to make sure these sessions are as relevant and useful for you as possible.
After the retreat commences, you'll have 30 days of unlimited access to all course features across any and all devices you own. All pdf downloads, community participation, and live transmissions are yours to keep forever.
Requirements
- General level of fitness to participate in dynamic group classes
- Willingness to start where you're at and commit to a journey of awakening - which means showing up and doing the work, even when it feels uncomfortable
- Recognition that how you show up for yourself and your practices has a direct impact on your life, work, relationships, confidence, self-love, and willingness to fully show up
- Desire to include yoga and meditation as part of your spiritual and self-care practice
Retreat schedule
For optimal results, PureFlow.Yoga recommends that you dedicate 1-3 hours per day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days to the retreat and its practices
Suggested time breakdown:
- Yoga asana - 60 mins
- Pranayama and meditation - 10 - 20 mins
- Mantra singing - 5-10 mins
- Journaling and self-inquiry - 10-30 mins
