How the retreat works

All live sessions will be recorded so that you can have life-time access. Within the FB group and emails you'll be encouraged to engage and ask questions to make sure these sessions are as relevant and useful for you as possible.

After the retreat commences, you'll have 30 days unlimited access to all course features across any and all devices you own. All pdf downloads, community participation and live transmissions are yours to keep forever.

Retreat schedule

Relax. Take your time! This retreat is flexible while still being supportive.

  • Daily practice - it is suggested you dedicate 1-3 hours per day on yoga, meditation, mantra, and self-inquiry practices.
  • Live Classroom - Throughout time together, you'll have the opportunity to connect with Francie live. If it's a group retreat, there will be 2 x 1.5 - 2 hour classes. If you are the only sign-up for the group rate, you'll have 2 x 30 min personalized sessions to orient and integrate your retreat. If you purchase a VIP upgrade, you'll have an additional 1:1 60-minute personalized coaching / education session. If you are taking a Private VIP Retreat, you'll have 3 full transformational 1:1 sessions to help you with alignment, philosophy, and personalized coaching
  • "Love & Accountability" - This is the daily text to inspirational text to help foster community, accountability, and motivation for the journey.

This yoga and meditation retreat is held online. PureFlow.Yoga is based in Koh Phangan, Thailand (GMT+7) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
